The public preview of Power BI for Office 365 will be available this summer. You can sign up now at http://www.office.com/powerbi to be notified when the preview is available.
Not that Office 365 is really just a different way of paying for Office 2013, with some cloud services included. You need to have an Office 365 subscription to get a hold of Power Query and Power Map on the desktop, and also to get the cloud-based BI services.
